Job Role
The Specialist/Consultant Radiologist (female) at New Royal Medical and Diagnostic Center (NRMDC) will lead our diagnostic imaging services for female clients. This role focuses heavily on providing culturally sensitive care, patient-centered diagnostics, and specialized women's imaging (including breast and OB-GYN diagnostics) within a high-volume, state-of-the-art medical center. This full-time role will report in person to the NRMDC Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Diagnostic Reporting: Interpret and report on multi-modality imaging studies including Ultrasound, Mammography, X-Ray, CT, and MRI with high diagnostic accuracy.
✔ Women's Health Focus: Perform and interpret specialized female pelvic imaging, obstetric/gynaecological ultrasounds, and digital breast tomosynthesis (3D mammography).
✔ Interventional Procedures: Conduct image-guided non-vascular procedures such as fine-needle aspirations, breast biopsies, and ultrasound-guided localizations.
✔ Patient Care & Consultation: Provide compassionate, clear consultations to patients
regarding their imaging results, respecting local cultural traditions and norms.
✔ Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise with referring physicians, specialists (OB-GYN, Oncology, General Surgery), and internal clinical teams to build accurate patient treatment pathways.
✔ Quality & Safety Assurance: Equipment proficiency including strict adherence to radiation safety protocols, regulatory standards, and internal quality management systems.

Candidate Requirements
Credentials and Experience
✔ Degree and License: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, plus a recognized Master’s Degree or Board Certification in Radiology. Must possess a valid, active UAE medical license as a Specialist or Consultant Radiologist.
✔ Technical skills: Deep proficiency utilizing advanced PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and modern Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
✔ Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of post-specialization experience in a hospital or private medical center environment.
Skills and Attributes
✔ Fluency in English, Hindi and Arabic is highly preferred.
✔ Familiarity with local healthcare regulations, including Emiratization mandates and compliance guidelines within private healthcare settings preferred.

The GP works collaboratively with the center’s nursing and administrative teams while ensuring accurate, continuous medical reporting. This full-time role will report in person to the NRMDC Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Clinical Care: Conduct outpatient consultations to diagnose and treat routine illnesses, injuries, and infections.
✔ Chronic Management: Monitor and manage long-term medical conditions like diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.
✔ Diagnostics: Request, track, and interpret laboratory workups, X-rays, and other diagnostic investigations.
✔ Referrals: Route patients to specialized healthcare professionals or hospital facilities when advanced medical care is needed.
✔ Preventive Health: Administer routine adult and paediatric immunizations, screen for risks, and offer community health education.
✔ Emergency Response: Stabilize acute, urgent clinical presentations on-site prior to medical transit if required.
